Der Auftrag betrifft die Fachplanung der Anlagengruppen 1-8 gem SS 53 Abs. 2 HOAI 2013 exklusive der Leistungen fur medizintechnische Anlagen (Teil der Anl. Gr. 7). Es werden wesentliche Teile der Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2-8 nach SSSS 8, 55, Anlage 15.1 HOAI 2013 beauftragt.Der Neubau soll in einem Sockelgeschoss eine Aufbereitungs-Einheit fur Medizinprodukte beherbergen. Im Erdgeschoss sollen Fast-Track OPs und eine HNO-Funktionsdiagnostik untergebracht werden. Das 1. OG ist fur eine Intensivstation vorgesehen. Das Gebaude soll eine Teilunterkellerung fur Technikraume erhalten. Es ist so zu planen, dass es im Bedarfsfall aufgestockt/erweitert werden kann. Die Realisierung soll voraussichtlich indem Zeitraum von Mitte 2021 bis Mitte 2023 erfolgen.Awards
