Aufgrund zusatzlichen Bedarfs von Arbeitsplatzen muss die Verwaltung raumlich erweitert werden. Am Standort Bodenheim soll das aufgegebene Feuerwehrgeratehaus in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum heutigen Rathaus genutzt werden. An einem weiteren, neuen Standort in Nackenheim soll das dortige, ebenfalls aufgegebene Feuerwehrgeratehaus, umgebaut werden. Zu beiden Objekten liegen Studien vor, die mit dem Teilnahmeantrag heruntergeladen werden konnen. Die Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung mochte die Erweiterung nutzen, um dort (voraussichtlich an beiden Standorten) das Burgerburo unterzubringen. Zusatzlich wird Raum fur die Jugendpflege benotigt. Neben den Raumlichkeiten fur die Verwaltung sollen fur die Ortsgemeinde Bodenheim eine Touristinfo und ein eigenes Buro entstehen. Am Standort Bodenheim ist zudem die erhohte stadtebauliche Anforderung am Rande des Sanierungsgebiets zu berucksichtigen.Awards
