Dieser gliedert sich in zwei Baukorper, die im UG verbunden sind. Das ostliche Burgerzentrum besteht aus Burgersaal, Foyer mit Anbindung an die TG, Beratungszentrum und Cafe. Im westlichen Baukorper ist die Bibliothek untergebracht. Das Massivtragwerk besteht aus einer zweischaligen MW-Konstruktion (Ziegel + Dammziegel) mit Stb-Flachdecken und einem Stb-Dachfaltwerk. Die zweigeschossige TG ist als weisse Wanne geplant. Das passive Gebaudekonzept sieht einfache technische Systeme vor, u.a. Bauteilaktivierung. Gebaude und Ingenieurbauwerk (Verbau) stellen fur die Tragwerkplanung zwei Objekte dar. Die Bruttobaukosten der KG 300 + 400 belaufen sich auf 9 500 000 EUR, die anrechenbaren Bruttobaukosten auf ca. 3 900 000 EUR. Der Auftrag wird stufenweise vergeben, siehe II.2.4.Awards
