Die ILS wurde 2009 in Erding an ein bestehendes Gebaude angebaut (aktuelle BGF 740 m2) und ist zu klein. Die erweiterte ILS soll eine Bruttogrundflache von insgesamt von ca. 1.800 m2 aufweisen. Der Umbau und die Erweiterung der ILS erfolgt im laufendem Betrieb.Die Erweiterung des Gebaudes soll in kompakter Form erfolgen, um so wenig wie moglich der Nachbargrundstucke erwerben zu mussen. (Fur eineErweiterung am bisherigen Standort neben der Polizeiinspektion Erding wurde vom Freistaat eine Teilflache des staatlichen Grundstucks fur eineBebauung in Aussicht gestellt.) Die Umsetzung soll entsprechend dem Bestandsgebaude im Passivhausstandard realisiert werden.Awards
