Sowohl der Burgturm als auch die meisten Keller sind zuganglich.Die Gesamtkosten der Instandhaltungsmassnahme werden derzeitig auf ca. 12 Mio. EUR netto (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276) geschatzt.Es wird von einer ca. 7-jahrigen Dauer der Arbeiten (ca. 2 Jahr Planung und ca. 5 Jahre Ausfuhrung) ausgegangen.Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:Objektplanung Gebaude und Innenraume, Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemass SSSS 33 ff.
