Das Hallenbad entsprach jedoch in der Ausstattung und dem Badeangebot nicht mehr den Anforderungen. Zudem waren die angeschlossene Sauna und das Cafe nicht mehr in Betrieb. Eine Grundsanierung des bestehenden Hallenbades in Haren (Ems) war insbesondere auch aufgrund der gravierenden baulichen Mangel unwirtschaftlich. Deshalb sollte das Hallenbad in Haren als Sport- und Familienbad neu gebaut werden. Das Gelande um das bestehende Hallenbad bot ausreichend Platz um einen Neubau zu realisieren, ohne den Altbau vorher zuruckzubauen.Die Baukosten des Hallenbadneubaus wurden auf ca. 13,15 Mio. EUR netto (KG 200-700) geschatzt.In diesem Verfahren wurden Projektsteuerungsleistungen vergeben. Mit zeitlichem Nachlauf wurden die Planungsleistungen EU-weit ausgeschrieben.Awards
