Sie wurde von den Mitarbeitern der Landtagsverwaltung konzipiert, realisiert und in den vergangenen Jahren stetig weiterentwickelt, so dass sie den Nutzern rund um die Uhr einen breiten Funktionsumfang bietet. Die Landtagsverwaltung ist verantwortlich fur den Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur und bietet hierfur eigenverantwortlich entsprechende Betriebs- und Supportleistungen an. Der Landtag NRW beabsichtigt mit einem Unternehmen (nachstehend Auftragnehmerin AN genannt) eine Rahmenvereinbarung (EVB-IT Dienstvertrag) abzuschliessen, um gem. dieser Leistungsbeschreibung projekt-und bedarfsorientiert auf entsprechend qualifizierte Spezialisten zur Losung von anstehenden Aufgaben zugreifen zu konnen.
