Ein Bruckenbauwerk teilt den Innenhof.Das Gebaude wird energetisch und brandschutztechnischertuchtigt, die Akustik verbessert und das Gebaude soweit moglich barrierefreihergerichtet. Die Pausenhalle wird erweitert und im Untergeschoss ein Lichthof fur die Werk- und Kunstraumegeschaffen. Bruckenbauwerk und Pavillons werden abgebrochen. Die tragenden Teile aus Stahlbeton und 2/12 Mauerwerk werden im Wesentlichen belassen.Erneuert wird u.a. das Satteldach, das eine Blechdeckungmitaussenliegender Entwasserung erhalten soll sowie die Fassade, die als hinterluftetes System mitvorgehangten Faserzementplatten konzipiert ist. Fensterbander sind als Alu-Konstruktion und der Sonnenschutzalsvorgesetzte Alu-Rahmenkonstruktion mit Aussenraffstores geplant. Das Dach der Erweiterung ist aus Stahlbeton mit extensiver Dachbegrunung geplant. Luftungsanlagen sind nur in Teilbereichen vorgesehen.Awards
