SS 45 Abs. 1 SGB III.Als Zielgruppe - Teilnehmer - der Massnahme sind erwerbsfahige Leistungsberechtigte im Sinne des SS 7 Zweites Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II), aus den Stadten und Gemeinden des Kreises Offenbach vorgesehen.Die Teilnehmer sind in der Regel zwischen 25 und 49 Jahre alt. Es werden auch Leistungsberechtigte zugesteuert, die alter als 50 Jahre sind, sofern die nachfolgenden Voraussetzungen vorliegen.Dem Teilnehmerkreis gehoren Personen als ,,Bestandskunden" an (mit und ohne Berufsausbildung), die grundsatzlich im Stande sind, einer Tatigkeit in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit nachzugehen. Der vorgesehene Teilnehmerkreis gilt mitunter als ,,beratungsfern", da er u. a. Gesprachstermine bei dem Auftraggeber nicht wahrnimmt und auch auf andere Weise nicht erreicht werden konnte, um ihn zu einer Beschaftigungsaufnahme oder beruflichen Qualifizierung zu motivieren bzw. an diese schrittweise heranzufuhren.Awards
