Angebote konnen immer ausschliesslich nur fur verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel abgegeben werden. Ausnahmen sind die Fachlose: Los 004 (WNK 01 und 02), 005, 046, 047, 048, 060, 061, 103, 112, 124, 133, 134, 135, 180, 262, 263, wo jeweils ausschliesslich nicht-verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel angeboten werden durfen, und Los 148, wo sowohl nicht verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige PZN als auch verschreibungspflichtige PZN angeboten werden durfen. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal einem, zwei oder drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Hochstzahl siehe II.2.4 des jeweiligen Fachloses).Awards
