Vorplatz) des Novalishauses. Im Hauptgebaude befinden sich die Novalisgedenkstatte u. die Stadtbibliothek. Das zu bearbeitende Hintergebaude ist leerstehend, baulich, energetisch u. funktional nicht nutzungsfahig. Die Hauptnutzung soll zukunftig als Stadtarchiv, einschl. Integration des Lesesaals von Stadtbibliothek und Archiv erfoglen. Dabei steht die statische wie energetische Ertuchtigung unter Beachtung von Denkmalschutzaspeken im Fokus. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen nach SS 55 (Technische Ausrustung - Anlagengruppen 1 -- 6) fur die LPH 1-3 und 5-9 nach SS 55 HOAI. Fur die Massnahme stehen ca. 0,795 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 400 DIN 276) zur Verfugung.Awards
