Das Gebaude steht unter Denkmalschutz und es besteht ein erheblicher Sanierungsstau sowie brandschutztechnische Mangel. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass eine Schadstoffsanierung durchzufuhren ist. Die geschatzten Baukosten (KG 100 bis 700) betragen 22,0 Mio. EUR.Das Objekt wird bis zum Baubeginn (2023) in Nutzung sein. Objektbegehungen wahrend der Planungsphase bedurfen der vorherigen Abstimmung.Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:Leistungen der Technischen Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8, Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemass SSSS 53 ff. HOAI.Zunachst sollen die Leistungsphasen 1+2 (Grundlagenermittlung und Vorplanung) gemass SS 55 HOAI beauftragt werden.Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen besteht nicht.Awards
