Buying entity🇩🇪 SBH | Schulbau Hamburg Buying unitnot reported Publication date2019-08-21 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionDas Emilie-Wustenfeld-Gymnasium mit seinem traditionsreichen Altbau ist eine offene Ganztagsschule.Die Schule befindet sich im Stadtteil Eimsbuttel und wird zurzeit von knapp 1 000 Schuler*innen besucht.Der denkmalgeschutzte Bau ist zwischen 1919-1923 und 1927 in zwei Bauabschnitten nach den Planen von den Architekten Distel & Grubitz errichtet worden.Bei dem winkelformigen Bau mit vorgelagertem Schulhof handelt es sich um ein funfgeschossiges Unterrichts- und Verwaltungsgebaude mit ca. 6 650 m2 NRF.Fur den Altbau des Gymnasiums wurde ein ganzheitliches, denkmalgerechtes Sanierungskonzept entwickelt, dass neben der Mangel- und Schadstoffbeseitigung zum Ziel hat, das Objekt nachhaltig, wirtschaftlich und zukunftsorientiert zu betreiben.Kern der Massnahme ist die Sanierung der Innenbereiche, mit dem Hauptaugenmerk auf schadstofffreie Oberflachen, die Uberholung des Brandschutzes und der Einbau eines Aufzugs. Weiterhin ist die teilweise Sanierung der Aussenhulle vorgesehen.Awards
