H. Pestalozzi" incl. der Raume des Wohnheimes der Berufsbildenden Schule in Salzwedel mit einer Gesamt-Bruttogrundflache von 4 300 m2 und einer Nutzflache von 3 000 m2 zu sanieren. Das Gebaude (Baujahr 1978) besteht aus 2 4geschossigen Hausern, die durch die Aula miteinander verbunden sind. In einem Haus befindet sich die Forderschule, in dem anderen Haus das Wohnheim. Das Gebaude ist nicht barrierefrei. Vom Auftraggeber wurde fur den Fordermittelantrag bereits die Leistungsphase 1 umgesetzt. Auf dieser Grundlage hat der Altmarkkreis Salzwedel den Demografie check als Voraussetzung fur das Fordermittelprogramm STARK III plus EFRE-Richtlinie /EU-Forderperiode 2014-2020 bestatigt bekommen. Die vorhandene Grund-lagenermittlung muss deshalb bei den weiterfuhrenden Leistungsphasen umgesetzt werden. Mit der Planung ist unverzuglich nach Auftragserteilung zu beginnen.Awards
