Neben einem 3-geschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Funktionsgebaude ist ein 1-geschossiges, nicht unterkellertes Wirtschaftsgebaude mit Wirtschaftshof, geplant. Beide Baukorper sind an der nordlichen Spielflachenzone (Transversale 5) ausgerichtet. Das Funktionsgebaude wird uber einen Haupteingang an der Ostseite und drei Nebeneingange auf der Westseite erschlossen. Des Weiteren ist das Funktionsgebaude mit einer Mittelgangerschliessung konzipiert. Im Zeitraum (ZR) 2018-2020 mussen die Leistungen erbracht werden. Die Gesamtbaukosten fur das Gebaude (KG 300) betragt 4 381 700 EUR brutto.Awards
