Die neuen Multifunktionsgerate und Druckmanagementlosung werden hierbei in zwei unterschiedliche Typen unterteilt. Die anzubietende Druckmanagementlosung ist vom gleichen Anbieter zu warten. Die Wartung umfasst auch die Lieferung samtlicher Softwareupdates (inkl. Major-Updates). Der Auftragnehmer hat den Auftraggeber bei der Installation der Softwareupdates zu unterstutzen. Samtliche fur den Betrieb benotigte weitere Verbrauchsmaterialien, sowie deren Lieferung und Installation sind in dem angebotenen Preis fur die Wartung inkludiert.
