Im Rahmen der Umbaumassnahmen soll das Bestandsgebaude grundlich saniert und modernisiert werden.In Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung handelt es sich um die planerischen Leistungen fur Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach HOAI.Geplant ist eine Generalsanierung des Gebaudes mit Erneuerung der Installationen, Dachbodendammung, Fassadensanierung mit Dammung, Trockenlegung. Der Planer ist aufgefordert, alternative Losungen fur das Brandschutzkonzept, einen Vorschlag zur Verbesserung der Raumnutzung des Gebaudes und die Prufung der behindertengerechten Zugangslosungen vorzulegen.Bei der Fortschreibung der Planung sind die Bestimmungen aus dem Brandschutzkonzept (Vorplanung) vom 15.10.2019 umzusetzen. Alternative Losungen sind in der Vorplanung zu prufen.Der Auftraggeber legt explizit Wert auf eine kostengunstige und stadtebaulich vertragliche Losung mit notwendigen Priorisierungsmoglichkeiten in der Ausfuhrung, die vorrangig eine Nutzbarkeit des Objektes gewahrleistet. Die notwendigen baukonstruktiven Ertuchtigungen des Objektes durch Brandschutzauflagen sind nach geltendem Recht umzusetzen. Es ist eine moglichst einfache Ausfuhrung in der Planung und Durchfuhrung durch die Auftragnehmer zu Grunde zu legen.Awards
