Die Nutzungsflache betragt 2 000 m2. Die Erschliessung des Grundstuckes, sowie die Feuerwehrzuwegung und -aufstellflache sind von dem Erweiterungsbau nicht betroffen. Allerdings ist der Ruckbau von oberirdischen Stellplatzen erforderlich. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungen ist vorgesehen. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Planung des Gebaudes und der raumbildenden Ausbauten fur die o.g. Massnahme.Awards
