Vor das bestehende Gebaude, welches U-formig gebaut ist, wird ein Riegel vorgestellt, sodass im Grundriss ein Gebaude mit Innenhof entsteht. Das Gebaude hat 4 Obergeschosse und wird auf gleicher Hohe erweitert. Darunter werden 2 Tiefgeschosse errichtet. Aufgrund der Bodenverhaltnisse muss ein spezieller Baugrubenverbau und teilweise eine Pfahlgrundung erfolgen. Der Rohbau wird konventionell errichtet. Die Fassade wird aus Blechkassetten hergestellt. Die Fenster erhalten einen aussenliegenden Sonnenschutz. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit Grundachaufbau realisiert. Der Innenausbau und die technische Ausrustung sind gepragt von den hohen hygienischen Anforderungen an die KMT-Bereiche und die Errichtung eines GMP-Bereiches fur die Apotheke. Die Versorgung des Gebaudes wird uber den Anschluss an das vorhandene AWT-System gewahrleistet. Die vertikale Erschliessung erfolgt uber einen Aufzug und TreppenhauserAwards
