Es verfugt uber UG, EG und 1.OG-3.OG. Die Fassade besteht aus verputzten Betonelementen und Natursteinplatten im Brustungsbereich, die Fenster sind in Holzbauweise mit Zweifach- und teilw. Einfachverglasung und Rollladen ausgefuhrt. Die VBL beabsichtigt, Objektplanungsleistungen fur die Sanierung des Gebaudes zu vergeben. Die Fenster sind nach Vorgaben des Denkmalamtes zu sanieren (Austausch Verglasung, Ertuchtigung Rollladen); im UG, EG und 1.OG sind sie ausserdem mit erhohten Sicherheitsanforderungen auszufuhren. Die oberste Geschossdecke soll mit einer Warmedammung nachgerustet werden. Die Innenraume sollen erneuert werden (abgehangte Decken, Bodenbelage, Blendschutz). Bestehende Raumstrukturen werden umstrukturiert. Die Sanierung der Fassade umfasst auch die Instandsetzung beschadigter Natursteinplatten, das Ausbessern von Putzschaden und Neuanstrich.Awards
