Das Schulgebaude ist freistehend und wird 2-geschossig in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Ausfuhrung erfolgt als Mauerwerksbau mit Stahlbetondecken auf einer auf Streifenfundamenten gegrundeten Bodenpatte. Die Maximalausdehnung des Gebaudes betragt in L x B ca. 69 x 57 m. Die Traufhohe betragt ca. 9,10 m. Das Gebaude wird uber zwei Treppenhauser mit gewendelten Stahlbetontreppen erschlossen. Die lichten Raumhohen des Gebaudes betragen im Rohbau ca. 4,30 m im EG sowie ca. 3,30 m im OG. Der Baukorper ist aufgegliedert und bewegt gestaltet. Es gibt es im Grundriss nur wenige rechtwinklige Situationen.Die termingerechte Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens ist fur die Bauherrin deshalb von besonderer Wichtigkeit, da bei jedweder Verzogerung der Inbetriebnahme kostenintensive Interimsraumlichkeiten angemietet werden mussten.Awards
