Das Gebaude ist ein historisches Kulturdenkmal. Die HNF betragt ca. 3 400 m2 und erstreckt sich uber 4 Geschosse zuzuglich Unter- und Dachgeschoss. Die kunftige Nutzung des Gebaudes wird uberwiegend eine Buronutzung sein. Im Bestand befindet sich ein kleinerer Horsaal (160 m2), der zu sanieren ist, sowie ein Lernzentrum, das bereits saniert wurde, jedoch in die Planung miteinzubeziehen ist. Neben einer zeitgemassen Arbeitsumgebung, wird Wert auf eine effiziente Flachenausnutzung sowie wirtschaftlichen Betrieb gelegt. Die Gebaudehulle ist unter Denkmalschutzaspekten zu sanieren. HLS, Elektro und die Forderanlagen werden erneuert. Ausgeschrieben sind Fachplanungsleistungen nach HOAI SS 55, LPH 1-8+9, Anlagengruppen 1,2,3,8. Die Baukosten, KG 300+400 betragen ca. 8 500 000 EUR (brutto). Der Bauherr behalt sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung der LPH vor.Awards
