Ein wesentlicher Aspekt ist hierbei die unmittelbare, zeitlich und raumlich hochaufgeloste Verfolgung von subzellularen, zweifach fluoreszenzmarkierten Strukturen und deren Bewegung in Bildstapeln in bis zu Ein-Sekunden-Abstanden mit einer lateralen raumlichen Auflosung von bis zu 140nm.Awards
