Durch die Ausweisung neuer Baugebiete und entsprechendem Zuzug wird die Einwohnerzahl in Zukunft steigen. Auf Grund dieser Entwicklung und den damit verbundenen Vorgaben der Kita-Bedarfsplanung beabsichtigt die Stadt Rodgau verstarkt Betreuungsplatze auch fur Unter- und Uber-Dreijahrige sowie bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu schaffen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Planungsleistungen fur zwei baugleiche Kita-Einrichtungen mit je 4 Gruppen im Erdgeschoss und in den oberen Geschossen mit ca. 10 Wohneinheiten, sowie mit einer Grundflache von je ca. 1 800 m2, die an 2 unterschiedlichen Standorten, zeitlich versetzt, errichtet werden sollen.Awards
