Auf dem Schulareal befinden sich das 3-geschossige Gebaude der Realschule Oberkirch, das 4-geschossige Gebaude der Renchtalschule des Ortenaukreises, welches zu ca. 2/3 durch die Realschule als Mieter genutzt wird, und eine teilbare Sporthalle fur Schul- und Vereinssport. Die Gebaude gruppieren sich um einen zentralen Pausenhof. Die Gebaude der Realschule und der Renchtalschule wurden in den 60-iger Jahren errichtet. Die Sporthalle Mitte der 90-iger Jahre. Die Renchtalschule wurde in den 90-iger Jahren saniert, die Realschule wird seit dem Jahre 2012 in jahrlichen Einzelbauabschnitten energetisch und technisch umfangreich saniert. Die Sanierung wurde nach Abschluss des 3. BA im Jahre 2014 unterbrochen und ist vor dem Hintergrund der nunmehr erforderlichen Erweiterung noch nicht abgeschlossen. Die Fortsetzung kann erst nach Abschluss der Arbeiten am Erweiterungsbau erfolgen.Awards
