An das neue Schulgebaude werden folgende Pramisse des Auftraggeber vorgegeben: -- Die Grundschule ist mindestens nach Passivhaus-Standard zu planen. -- Die Moglichkeit zur Erweiterung zu einer 2-zugigen Grundschule zu berucksichtigen. -- Berucksichtigung des denkmalgeschutzten Umfeldes, Ortsmitte Wermsdorf. Die notwendige Abstimmung mit Planungsbehorden. -- Forderrichtlinie nach SchulInfra vom 29.7.2015 Teil B. Die geplante Kapazitat umfasst 125 Platze fur Kinder. BGF ca. 2 056 m2; geschatzte anrechenbare Kosten uber die KG 300 + 400 fur das Gesamtvorhaben ca. 2 500 000 EUR netto.Awards
