Zusatzlich wurde Aktiva hinzu gezogen zur weiteren Plausibilisierung der entwickelten Planzahlen und zur Beratung bei einer moglichen Antragstellung fur Fordermittel aus dem Strukturfond des Bundes.Planungsgrundlagen sind:-- ein Gebaudekonzept zur Verlagerung von St. Josef,-- die Schaffung von Ersatzflachen fur abgangige Gebaudeteile (Gebaude 1C und alte Modulstation),-- die Umsetzung des zukunftigen Medizinkonzeptes auf der Basis des von Aktiva uberarbeiteten Gutachtens.Zum Erreichen dieser Ziele muss die bauliche Umsetzung in mehreren Phasen stattfinden. Die Integration von Funktionen aus St. Josef und der Ersatz fur das Gebaude 1C und fur die alte Modulstation wird im geplanten Neubau und in verschiedenen Bereichen im Bestand umgesetzt werden.Zielgrossen fur Neuordnung des Standortes St. Theresia und Integration von Funktionen aus St. Josef:-- Integration St. Josef, Bedarf 100 Betten,-- Ersatz fur Gebaude 1C, Bedarf 110 Betten,-- Ersatz fur Modulstation, Bedarf 26 Betten,-- Neubau mit 236 Betten, OP-Bereich mit 2 OP-Salen und Funktionsraumen,-- Umbau und Sanierung eines Geschosses im Haus 3 fur die Psychosomatik als,-- Interimslosung bis Fertigstellung Neubau Phase 3,-- Ausbau eines weiteren OP-Saals im Zentral-OP,-- Ambulatorien im Erdgeschoss (nach Ruckbau Gebaude 1C).Gegenstand dieses Loses 01 sind die Objektplanungsleistungen fur Gebaude gem.
