Der Landkreis Stendal beabsichtigt das Vorhaben uber das Forderprogramm Schulinfrastruktur zu sanieren. Zur Unterstutzung bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen, Entwicklungsziele sowie Anforderungskriterien aus der offentlichen Forderrichtlinie sind die Planungsleistungen gemass HOAI (2013) fur Gebaude (SSSS34) und technische Ausrustung (SSSS53) ALG 1 bis 5 u. 8 zu erbringen. Eine Entwurf-/Genehmigungsplanung einschl. aktueller Baugenehmigung liegt vor. Die Bildungsstatte wird derzeit von ca. 250 Schulern besucht. Bei dem Gebaude handelt es sich um einen Plattenbau Typ Cottbus (errichtet 1972). Die Sekundarschule besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit 4 Geschossen und einem nicht unterkellerten 2-geschossigem Anbau. Das Schulgebaude wird in 2 Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Schulbetrieb saniert.Awards
