Nach einer Machbarkeitsstudie im Jahr 2014 stellt sich heraus, dass die Sanierung des Nebengebaudes der Gesamtschule unwirtschaftlich ware. Daher wird ein Ersatzneubau im Zuge der Gesamtmassnahme erstellt. Wahrend der Massnahmen an den einzelnen Bauabschnitten dienen das Nebengebaude der Gesamtschule sowie errichtete Containerprovisorien auf dem Sportplatz des Schulzentrums als Rotationsflache, um die betroffenen Flachen freiziehen zu konnen.Die Sanierung beginnt im Hauptgebaude der Gesamtschule (ID 277).
