Der Massivbau ist freistehend u. 2-geschossig. Die Max.ausdehnung des Gebaudes betragt in L x B ca. 69 x 57 m. Die Traufhohe betragt ca. 9,10 m. Der Baukorper ist aufgegliedert u. bewegt gestaltet. Es wird ein ca. 1 500 m2 grosses Flachdach als Warmdach ausgefuhrt, bestehend aus waagerechten u. leicht schragen (max. 15o) Betondecken. Die Dachlandschaft besteht aus Teilflachen z. T. mit Hohenversprungen. Umlaufend wird eine Attika aus Mauerwerk ausgebildet u. mit TiZn abgedeckt. Die Dammung besteht aus mind. 200 mm PUR, zumeist ohne Gefalle. Die Abdichtungen sind bituminos. Die Entwasserung erfolgt aussenliegend uber Dachablaufe mit Attikadurchfuhrung. T w. gibt es Kaskadenentwasserungen. Bauseits kommt auf die Abdichtung eine extensive Dachbegrunung, ca. 120 mm hoch, welche in den Bereichen ohne Gefalle mit verzogertem Ablauf (Meandersystem) ausgefuhrt wird.Awards
