Gegenstand des vergebenen Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen zum Bau eines Verwaltungsgebaudes. Entsprechend der DIN 277-2 Tab.1 Nr.1 wird eine Nutzflache von 1 244 m2 gefordert. Nebenraume und Verkehrsflachen sind entsprechend offentlich-rechtlicher Vorschriften vorzusehen. Es sind alle notwendigen Planungsleistungen gemass der SSSS 34 (Objektplanung), SS 39 (Freianlagen), SS 51 (Tragwerksplanung) und SS 55 (technische Ausrustung, HSL und Elektro) der HOAI 2013, beginnend bei der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Objektbetreuung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 zu erbringen. Fur den energetischen Standard ist die EnEV 2016 einzuhalten. Eine daruber hinausgehende Unterschreitung des Energiestandards ist nicht geplant. Das Gebaude ist entsprechend der DIN 18040-1 zwingend barrierefrei zu planen und zu errichten.Awards
