Das Vorhaben besteht aus den beiden Neubauten Stadthaus(Verwaltungsgebaude) und dem Burgerforum (Stadthalle + burgernahe Einrichtungen) sowie dem Abbruch des bestehenden Kultur - undVerwaltungsgebaudes sowie Erneuerung der gesamten Aussenanlagen.In einem 1. Schritt wird hierzu der Neubau des Stadthauses realisiertwerden. Die Planungen zum Stadthaus haben im Mai 2021 begonnen.Im 2. Schritt wird der Neubau des Burgerforums realisiert werden.Hierzu wird derzeit ebenfalls ein Realisierungswettbewerb durchgefuhrt. Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen ist fur Dezember 2021 angedacht. Damit es bei den dann anstehenden Planungsphasen zu keiner zeitlichen Verzogerung kommt sollen die wichtigsten Fachplanungsleistungen zeitgerecht ausgeschrieben werden.Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung mit den Fachplanungsleistungen der Bauphysik und umfasst Warmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik (Schallschutz) und Raumakustik.Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7(Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, 4 bis 5, 6 bis 7).Awards
