Der erste zu realisierende Abschnitt (ab August 2019) ist die Halle inklusive Parkplatze. Zu einem spateren Zeitpunkt sollen die Aussensportflachen im Suden realisiert werden.Im Untergeschoss besteht das Gebaude aus einer 3-feldrigen Halle mit Gerateraum, 3 Doppelumkleiden und 2 Mehrzweckraumen mit je ca. 160 m2 welche auch extern uber einen Tiefhof erschlossen werden konnen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Aussenumkleiden (sudlich zu den neu geplanten Sportflachen hin ausgerichtet), mehrere Buroraume sowie die Zuschauertribune mit Sportlertreff fur bis zu 400 Personen und eine Bewirtungskuche.Konstruktiv wird das Gebaude als Stahlbetonbau mit Metalldach auf Holztragwerk und einer hinterlufteten Holzfassade als Aussenhaut erstellt. Sowohl ausserlich als auch im Inneren werden ortstypische Bauweisen zitiert.Awards
