Im Gebaude sollen alle Raumlichkeiten untergebracht werden, welche die Nutzung als 1-1/2 zugige Grundschule fur ca. 110 bis maximal 120 Schuler mit einem Schulhort erfordern. Zusatzlich werden Raume fur Verkehrserziehung und Gemeinschaftsunterricht hergerichtet.Das Gebaude muss barrierefrei hergerichtet werden. Durch Reduzierung der Bruttogeschossflache soll das Mass der baulichen Nutzung verringert werden.Mit der energetischen Sanierung sollen der Energiebedarf des Gebaudes und die damit verbundenen Kohlendioxid-Emissionen reduziert werden. Die Sanierung soll okologische Aspekte berucksichtigen.Im Bereich der Aussenanlagen soll der Spielplatz erneuert werden. Die durch den Abbruch des Nordflugels entsiegelte Flache soll begrunt und neu gestaltet werden.Awards
