Vorgesehen ist eine multifunktionale Nutzung fur bis zu 400 Personen auf einer NUF von 1 250 m2 im Bestand und in einem Neubau. Die Objektplanung Gebaude und die Tragwerksplanung wurden bereits in einem VgV-Verfahren vergeben. Um die Vorplanungsvarianten bautechnisch bewerten und einen qualifizierten Forderantrag stellen zu konnen, soll mit diesem Vergabeverfahren der Fachingenieur TGA ausgewahlt werden. Aufgrund der Komplexitat erfolgt eine Gesamtvergabe der Anlagengruppen 1-8 an einen Planer, der damit das gesamte Haustechnikkonzept verantwortet.Im Fruhjahr 2020 soll der Forderantrag eingereicht werden, eine Realisierung des Vorhabens ist bis 2023 angedacht, wobei die Bereitstellung notwendiger Fordermittel den Umsetzungszeitraum bestimmen wird. Es ist von einer abschnittsweisen Errichtung in mindestens 2 BauabscAwards
