Die Ausfuhrung erfolgt in 3 Bauabschnitten.Der Neubau umfasst ca. 4 100 m2 BGF und ca. 13 350 m3 BRI, die Umnutzung umfasst ca. 654 m2 BGF und ca.1 750 m3 BRI.Das Seniorenhaus Korschenbroich ist ein Gebaudekomplex aus den 1970er Jahren.Im Zuge der Geplanten Baumassnahme soll im 1. Bauabschnitt ein Erweiterungsbau als Neubau mit Flachdacherstellt werden. Im 2. Bauabschnitt werden Umbau- und Sanierungsarbeiten im Bestand ausgefuhrt. Im 3.Bauabschnitt wird ein bestehender Gebaudekorper abgebrochen und durch einen nicht unterkellerten Neubauersetzt.
