Diese harte stadtebaulich wenig ansprechende Situation soll durch einen weichen Ubergang neu gestaltet werden. Hierzu ist die Aufschuttung einer ca. 50 bis 100 m breiten Sandflache vorgesehen, die im Ubergangsbereich zur Hochwasserschutzanlage und zum Molenturm gestaltet werden soll. Die wasserbauliche Sandauffullung ist dabei nicht Gegenstand der Planung.Zu vergebende Leistungen:-- Freianlagenplanung Lph 1 bis 3, optional Lph 4 bis 9 gemass SS 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11, Ziffer 11.1; (Lph 1 - 3 sind innerhalb von 12 Monaten abzuschliessen).-- Zusatzliche Leistungen: Einbindung eines Architekturburos fur die Beratung zur Ansiedlung einer Strandbar in dem Planungsbereich.Awards
