Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass ausschliesslich andienungspflichtiges Altpapier (PPK) zur Ausschreibung der Verwertungsleistung kommt, d. h. die lizenzierten Verpackungsabfalle, die den Betreibern Dualer Systeme unterliegen, sind nicht Bestandteil des zu verwertenden Altpapiers. Der Auftragnehmer hat fur die Verwertungsleistung die Moglichkeit, mit den kommunalen Eigenbetrieben der Stadte Coburg und Neustadt bei Coburg sowie mit den ortlichen privaten Sammelunternehmen in den einzelnen ZAW-Gebieten, eine Regelung zur Verwertung des Anteils der Systembetreiber, d. h. der lizenzierten Verpackungsabfalle aus PPK, zu treffen.
