Die KiTa soll dabei ca. 140 Kindern Platz in funf U3-Gruppen und einer U3-Gruppe bieten. Das Vorhaben soll dabei auf einem ca. 0,49 ha grossen Grundstuck realisiert werden und eine Grundflache von bis zu 1.200 m2 haben. Geplant ist die Realisierung des Gebaudes in dem energetischen Standard "Nullenergiehaus". Zudem soll das Vorhaben zweigeschossig mit einem Personenaufzug realisiert werden.Die Kindertagesstatte soll auf dem Gelande westlich der SVE-Sportanlagen errichtet werden. Fur das Projekt wurde im Jahr 2019 eine Planungsstudie erstellt. Das Gelande ist durch die Strasse "Am Hainpfad" erschlossen, die abknickend in die Strasse "Im Bensensee" mundet.Es ist dabei seitens der Gemeinde Erzhausen geplant - soweit dies technisch und rechtlich zulassig ist -, das Vorhaben im Wege einer Modulbauweise zu realisieren.Awards
