Die Generalsanierung umfasst energetische Ertuchtigungsmassnahmen an Fassaden und Flachdachern, die Erneuerung der kompletten Heizungs- und Sanitarinstallationen und Elektroinstallationen, sowie die Erneuerung von Akustikdecken, Bodenbelagen, Fliesen, Innenturen und Anstrichen, ausserdem die Instandsetzung der Aussenanlagen.Die Innenarbeiten werden in 3 Bauabschnitten durchgefuhrt. Der erste Bauabschnitt ist bereits fertiggestellt. Die zu sanierenden Bereiche werden vor Beginn der Bauarbeiten geraumt.Der Schulbetrieb muss wahrend der gesamten Baumassnahme aufrecht erhalten werden. Damit sind Einschrankungen fur die Erreichbarkeit der Baustelle und die Durchfuhrung der Arbeiten wahrend der Schul- und Pausenzeiten gegeben.Das Gebaude ist dreigeschossig in Splitlevelbauweise. Die Geschossdecken liegen auf den Niveaus -5,50 m, -2,0 m, +-0,0 m, +2,0 m, +4,0 m +6,0 m. Die Ebenen -2,0 m und +-0,0 m sind ebenerdig zuganglich.Ausfuhrungsfristen fur die Bauleistung: WC Trennwande fur den 2. und 3. Bauabschnitt.Baubeginn 2.BA:. Anfang April. 2013.Ende:2.BA.
