Die DVZ M-V GmbH beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag auf Basis eines EVB-IT Dienstvertrages zu schliessen, aus der zeitweise benotigte Entwicklungsleistungen im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung und umgebenden konzeptionellen Aufgaben, die die DVZ M-V GmbH als IT-Dienstleister fur sich und seine Kunden realisiert, abgerufen werden konnen. Die Grundlaufzeit des Rahmenvertrages betragt 2 Jahre. Der DVZ-M-V GmbH wird die Option eingeraumt, den Vertrag um jeweils ein Jahr jedoch maximal zweimal zu verlangern.
