Der SEB beabsichtigt, zunachst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 zu beauftragen, um das Projekt auf seine Realisierungsmoglichkeiten und wirtschaftlichen Konzepte hin zu untersuchen. Insoweit wird ein Stufenvertrag vorgesehen. Des Weiteren wurden fur die Umsetzung des Projektes Fordermittel nach der Forderrichtlinie des Sachsischen Staatsministeriums fur Regionalentwicklung zur Gewahrung von Zuwendungen nach dem Investitionsgesetz Kohleregionen - RL InvKG beantragt. Die fordermittelkonforme Umsetzung der Projekte ist fur den Auftraggeber von besonderer Bedeutung (besonderes Planungsziel).Awards
