Der erste BA betrifft den Abriss der Einfeldsporthalle (Gebaude 3) und des eingeschossigen Pavillons (Gebaude 10) mit 2 Klassenraumen und soll bis 13.05.2022 erfolgen. Die Sporthalle hat eine BGF Flache von ca. 700 m2 und der Pavillon von ca. 220m2. Beide Gebaude sind in den 60er Jahren errichtet worden.Der zweite BA kann im direkten Anschluss erfolgen und betrifft den Abriss des Vorschulklassengebaudes (Gebaude 12, Baujahr 1995) mit 2 Geschossen und soll spatestens Ende der Sommerferien (15.08.2022) ausgefuhrt sein. Der dritte BA betrifft den Abriss von 2 weiteren Pavillons (Gebaude 8 und 9 aus den 1960er Jahren) mit einer BGF Flache von jeweils ca. 220m2 und den Abriss des Kriechkellers von Gebaude 10. Die Abrisse von BA 3 sollen bis Ende Marz 2023 abgeschlossen sein.Die Baustellenzufahrt wird durch den AN entspr. Leistungsverzeichnis hergestellt.Awards
