Der Auftragnehmer soll eine umfassende Beratungsleistung zur Unterstutzung der Hansestadt Stade bei der Vorbereitung und Durchfuhrung des OPP-Projektes zum Neubau des Bildungscampus erbringen. Es ist beabsichtigt, die Planungsleistung, die Bauleistungen und die Finanzierung fur den Bildungscampus Riensforde auf der Grundlage einer funktionalen Bauleistungsbeschreibung europaweit als ganzheitliche Leistung auszuschreiben und unter Durchfuhrung eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb zu vergeben.Awards
