In den einzelnene Gebaudeteilen sind unterschiedliche Nutzungsbereiche untergebracht, u. a.: Bootshallen, Trainings- und Kraftraume, Relax- und Entspannungsbereiche mit Physiotherapie, Entspannungsbecken etc., Seminarraume, Hotelzimmer fur Sportler- und Gaste, Kuche und Cafeteria, Zentrale Umkleide- und Waschraume fur Sportler bei Grossveranstaltungen, Dopingzentrale, Funktionsraume fur die Jugendforderung. Grosse Bereiche des Gebaudebestandes werden entkernt und anschliessend ausgebaut, zudem werden Dacher, Fassaden und Fenster erneuert und/oder saniert. Die Anlage wird um einen Anbau mit Aufzug fur die Unterbringung von Sportlern, insbesondere im Hinbblick auf Barrierefreiheit, erweitert.Awards
