Dafur ist ein bestehendes Gebaude zu sanieren. Fur das gesamte Bauvorhaben einschl. Planungs- und sonstige Nebenkosten stehen ca. 7,833 Mio. EUR (Gesamtkosten 300/400/500/700 netto) zur Verfugung.Das Gebaude hat derzeit ca. 4 048 m2 BGF. Durch das Einfugen von Zwischenebenen ist die BGF um 300-400 m2 zu erhohen. Das Gebaude besteht aus einem langs / mittig verlaufenden Kellergang mit seitlich hohergelegenen Kriech- und Fundamentbereichen, 2 daruber liegenden Geschossen (EG, Zwischengeschoss), die annahernd die gleiche Bruttogeschossflache von 807-830 m2 haben und einem dritten Geschoss, welches zusatzlich den Bereich eines darunter befindlichen Durchgangs umfasst mit ca. 926 m2 BGF. Das Dachgeschoss springt entlang der Langswande zuruck und hat eine BGF von 643 m2.Awards
