Aufzugsanlage: Ratssaal Buroflachen, Sanitarraume, Nebenraume und Lager, Hausmeisterwohnung Gesamt ca. 950 m2 Nutzflache, davon Ratssaal mit ca. 110 m2; 2) Raume fur ein Burgerhaus: Multifunktional nutzbarer Veranstaltungssaal mit ca. 200 m2 zzgl. fest eingebauter Buhne mittels mobiler Trennwande zuschaltbar: 2 Mehrzweckraume je ca. 50 m2 Foyer, Kuche, Sanitarraume, Nebenraume und Lager Gesamt ca. 700 m2 Nutzflache; 3) Tiefgarage fur ca. 50 PKW, mit direkter Anbindung an Rathaus und Burgersaal. Der multifunktionale Burgersaal und die zuschaltbaren Raume werden als Versammlungsstatte ausgelegt. Der auf dem Baugrundstuck derzeit befindliche ,,Pallaufhof" soll abgebrochen werden.Awards
