Bauabschnitt.Die Orangerie wurde 1776 als Funktionsbau des Schloss-Kuchengartens mit einem Mittelbau und zwei Seitenflugeln als Gewachshauser oder Orangerien errichtet. Das Gebaude besteht aus einem 2-geschossigen, vollunterkellerten Mittelbau und zwei baulich konstruktiv getrennten 1-geschossigen Seitenflugeln (auf West-und Ostseite). Zu Beginn des 19. Jhdts. wurden die Gebaude zu Verwaltungsraumen umgebaut. Hierzu wurden die schragen Glasfassaden auf der Sudseite der Gewachshauser durch gemauerte Aussenwande mit Toren und Fenstern ersetzt. Ab Mitte des 20. Jhdts. wurden Westflugel, Mittelbau und der Dachraum des Ostflugels als Wohnraum fur Wohnungen genutzt.Es handelt sich um Gebaude in Mischbauweise: massive Aussenwande, Innenwande in Standerbauweise, Holzbalkendecken und einem Dachtragwerk aus Holz. Das Gebaude steht unter Denkmalschutz. Das lang gestreckte Gebaude des Mittelbaus ist durch zwei Kopfbauten mit nahezu quadratischem Grundriss auf West- und Ostseite gegliedert, zwischen denen ein rechteckiger Zwischenbau eingefugt ist. Das Dachwerk von Ost-und Westflugel der Orangerie uberspannt jeweils eine Grundflache von 23 m x 8,5 m.Die Ausfuhrungsbeschreibung umfasst die Massnahmen fur die Sanierung des denkmalgeschutzten Bauwerkes im Innenbereich.Sie Sanierung erfolgt in Abschnitten der 3 Gebaudeteile.Awards
