Der Neubau enthalt Buroflachen fur ca. 500 Mitarbeiter.Der Neubau wird als Massivbau in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise mit aussteifenden Kernen errichtet und besteht aus einem Erd- und 3 Obergeschossen. Weitere Nutz- und Technikflachen sind in einer Teilunterkellerung und in dezentralen Technikaufbauten auf dem Flachdach untergebracht. Die einzelnen Ebenen werden durch vier Treppenhauser erschlossen.GebaudeabmessungenMaximale Lange: ca. 100 m, Maximale Breite: ca. 100 m, Hohe: ca. 18 m;Kurzbeschreibung Dach:Das Gebaude weist einen amorphen (ahnlich einer X-Form) Grundriss auf. Die Hohe von OK Gelande bis OK Attika betragt ca. 15,30 m, die Attika selbst hat eine Hohe von ca. 0,80 m.Das Hauptdach wird unterbrochen von vier innenliegenden Innenhofen, weiterhin gibt es vier Technikaufbauten mit entsprechenden Leitungsfuhrungen untereinander.Das Hauptdach hat ein Gefalle.Awards
