Zielsetzung des Vorhabens ist es, die Senioreneinrichtung zukunftssicher unter Berucksichtigung der landesspezifischen Vorgaben des Wohn- und Teilhabegesetzes (WTG / WTG DVO) auszurichten. Nach heutigem Stand werden im Haus Gracht rund 168 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner versorgt. Seitens der MHSD wurde zur Vorabstimmung des Raumprogramms eine Projektgruppe gebildet. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein konzeptionell entwickeltes Raumprogramm und Nutzungskonzept, welches bereits mit dem Landschaftsverband Rheinland vorabgestimmt ist. Die bauliche Erweiterung und der Umbau finden im laufenden Betrieb statt. Seitens MHSD wird ein logistisches Konzept fur die einzelnen Bauphasen vorgegeben.
